Religion has always had the highest position in the Country of India. Since the earliest of times in the history of India, kings and rulers have been known to dedicate temples, monuments, etc in memory of the Gods. The existence of various religions in the Country projects a deeps sense of religious tolerance and brotherhood amongst the people, and this attitude has gone a long way to shape the status of India as a religiously motivated Country.
